The ongoing talks among parties will usher in consensus and that will help form a new government, he said inaugurating a function organised by Loshar main organising committee on the occasion of Loshar festival Thursday.[break]
"Since we have many challenges and difficulties ahead a people´s constitution can be drafted if political parties unite at least till the completion of statute writing process," he said.
Democratic republic cannot be institutionalised unless the peace process is taken to a logical conclusion, he said. The country can be made a garden of all castes, languages and religions through the unity among people of Himal, Pahad and Terai, he said.
Nembang also said that Loshar has motivated him to continuously work for the country and people.
