The bench mark Nepse, tumbled by 0.64 percent or 2.99 points to reach at 463.1 points at the end of the Sunday´s trading. [break]
During the session, all of the trading groups, except for Trading Group suffered loss. Banking, the heavy weight in capital market, and Development Bank groups saw decline with their sub-indices taking nosedive by 2.5 percent and 12.42 points to close at 432.49 points and 478.38 points respectively.
Likewise, Hydropower and Finance groups also witnessed a decline in their sub-indices by 12.96 points and 0.68 points to drop at 711.02 points and 457.88 points respectively. Sub-indices of Insurance and others groups also moved to negative trajectory by 2.58 points and 4.69 points to close at 566.24 points and 529.91 points respectively.
Total turnover reached to Rs 31.65 million with 85,351 units of shares and 73 scrips being traded through 1103 transactions. Total market capitalization -- total value of listed shares -- reached Rs 355.74 billion.
