KATHMANDU, NEPAL, May 5: At 18, Bharati left Nepal’s Kavrepalanchok district dreaming of one thing: to send his future children to top boarding schools in the country.
According to a statement issued on Sunday by Presidential Office spokesperson Ritesh Kumar Shakya, the ordinance had been recommended by the Cabinet following its decision on April 27.
