DANG, March 12: Minister for Supplies Ganesh Man Pun has said that the process of signing a petro trade deal with China had reached the final stage.

At a news conference organized by the Reporters' Club, in Dang Saturday, Minister Pun assured that the supply of petroleum products in the country would be eased after Prime Minister's visit to China.

He added that agreement on trade and transit would be signed during PM's China visit. Minister Pun claimed that the government was working with all possible alternatives to ease the fuel supply in the country.

Shortage of petroleum products has been seen in the market as the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) was not providing fuel to the country as per demand, according to Minister Pun.

He further said the government had continued market monitoring inspections as it received massive complaints of market irregularities from the public. RSS
