NC will lead new govt: Koirala

NEPALGUNJ, July 13: Acting President of the Nepali Congress Sushil Koirala on Tuesday said that his party would lead the new government as the UCPN (Maoist) and CPN-UML could not fulfill their responsibilities.



“NC should lead the new government and it will,” Koirala said, adding, “The NC will try to form a national consensus government under its leadership.”



Koirala said NC parliamentary party leader Ram Chandra Paudel would lead the new government. He said claimed that the new government would be formed within a few days.
