Talking briefly to reporters at Biratnagar Airport, he said that the prime ministerial candidacy of his party will not be withdrawn.
Formation of the new government has got delayed due to duel character of UML, he said.
As the country will bear a great loss if the new constitution is not promulgated on time all political parties should pay attention in this regard, he said.
