A meeting of the Central Working Committee (CWC) held on Thursday formed the task force under the chair of Arjun Nara Singh KC.
Two other members of the committee are Dip Kumar Upadhyaya and Chiranjeevi Wagle.
The CWC meeting on Thursday was put off without entering into other agenda as differences surfaced among the CWC members after a report was submitted by a committee formed earlier to settle differences.
