Mobile camp to provide govt services

MYAGDI, Nov 30: Chiefs of various Myagdi-based government offices have reached Darjima of Dagnam VDC with an objective to provide government services and know the difficulties of the villagers in remote areas who cannot visit the district headquarters.



The mobile team of the government officers lead by Chief District Officer Ram Bahadur Kurumbang will stay at Darjima and distribute citizenship; do land related works; provide medical treatment, agricultural service and livestock treatment service; issue recommendation letters and conduct survey work among others by establishing a camp on Tuesday.[break]



The team also participated by representatives of political parties in the district will collect information about development, education, health, drinking water, electricity, sanitation, transportation, communication, security problem and others, said Local Development Officer Vishnu Prasad Adhikari.



The one-day camp has targeted to provide government services to around 5,000 people of Dagnam, Chimkhola, Kuinemangale, Pakhapani,Jhin, Piple and Bhagawati VDCs.



Earlier to this, the team had established camps in Gurja and Lulang VDCs.
