Locals break driver's hand

JHAPA, July 11: Locals have broken the right hand of a driver on the allegation of trying to crush a man under the wheel of the tractor he was driving at Keraun-1, Morang, on Saturday night.



They took action against Murtilal Rajbansi for trying to run over Kamal Rai, 32, said Rudra Chudal, Inspector of Area Police Office, Belbari.



Rajbansi is a local of Bardanga-6 of Morang. He was taken to Biratnagar for treatment, said Chudal.
