"Let there be lights” a free concert to raise a national call that certain happenings in the country are unacceptable kicked off on Saturday evening where Anuprastha, Abhaya and The Steam Injuns, Albatross, Tripitak, Saptak and Workshop performed.[break]
“Our leaders made a pledge that power problems are going to improve within five years, but it never happened. So, here we are giving a wakeup call to all CA members to stop the blame game, and start taking actions as we have to bear the brunt of darkness and pain,” sighed Abhaya Subba Weise, the organizer.
She added that it’s high time the leaders start putting the country back in track as it’s suffering from brain drain and so many people are also being trapped into the invisible chains of slavery while leaving the country in search of better opportunities.
Chirag Bangdel, host of the event, shared that he is utterly disappointed by leaders fighting over petty things and being indifferent to issues such as giving electricity which is a necessity and therefore he is united in this creative collaboration to tell the government that they are concerned.
