Landslide caved in on a moving bus, confirmed Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) at Baireni Police Post, Padma Thapa. However, all the passengers on board remained unhurt.
The landslide took place due to rampant extraction of sand haphazard construction of rural roads without approval from Department of Road, locals said.
The natural disaster had caused damages in a dozen of areas in Baireni area, said Baireni police.
