BIRATNAGAR, Jan 5: The Koshi provincial government is preparing for a major cabinet reshuffle. Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki has initiated preparations to reorganize the council of ministers.
According to sources, new ministers are expected to be appointed after consultations with coalition partners, replacing most current ministers representing the Nepali Congress and CPN-UML.
