Speaking at a cadre training program organized at Sunsari on Saturday, leader Koirala said, “Accept the government of Nepali Congress until the integration process is completed and the PLA is detached from arms. Nepali Congress will let the Maoist party lead the government after it becomes a ´civil party´.” [break]
Stating that NC could never forsake democratic norms, he said that Nepal will disintegrate if lawmakers fail to promulgate democratic constitution.
Koirala informed that NC has already put forward the concept of federalism with seven states and added, “Congress will never reject the right to self-determination with preferential rights of states.”
