KATHMANDU: The Centre for Administration, Management and Development (CAMAD) has elected Joint-Attorney Kosh Hari Niroula as its chairperson through its general assembly held in Kathmandu on Saturday.
According to CAMAD, Phadindra Dahal has been named vice-chairperson, Eknath Bastola general secretary, Divyaraj Pokhrel head of the organization department, Devnarayan Paudel and Nirajan Pandey secretaries, and Rajendra Raj Ojha treasurer, in line with the organization’s statute.

The newly formed committee also includes Diwas Acharya, Bindu Dhami Rawal, Nawaraj Jaisi, Tejkumar KC, Chhabilal Paudel, Anil Khanal, Subodh Kumar Shah, Nirman Kumar Karki, Mohan Bahadur Thapa Magar, and Baikuntha Upadhyay as members. Outgoing chairperson Dilli Siwakoti will continue to serve the organization.
Established in 2044 BS, CAMAD brings together senior civil servants and professionals and has been actively engaged in public administration research and capacity-building programs for in-service government officials. Its publication, CAMAD Journal, is widely regarded as a leading journal in the field of public administration.
