Managing Director Silwal had filed a writ petition in the SC on April 19 demanding a stay order after he was transferred by the Education Minister to the Ministry on April 11.
Silwal was transferred to the Ministry against the two year appointment as the managing director of the Centre by the Council of Ministers last year.
In response, the Supreme Court issued order in the name of the Ministry to retain Silwal in the same post in the Centre till the next decision as he was transferred without any special reason.
