Committee Chairman Ramnath Dhakal said the committee had issued letters to the concerned authorities over the issue. [break]
"We´ve issued letters seeking clarifications from the defense ministry and the CoAS," Dhakal said.
Two football players Raju Tamang and Bikash Malla representing the army team in the national squad were recalled on Sunday midnight while they were preparing to play against Turkmenistan on Monday.
The committee also enjoys the right to summon the MoD and CoAS if the clarifications from the latter were not satisfactory.
