KATHMANDU, Feb 9: The Election Commission (EC) has expedited the voters’ education programme to raise awareness among voters targeting the upcoming elections to the House of Representatives (HoR) scheduled for March 5.

The EC has created and circulated content through digital platforms to aware the voters and reduce the percentage of invalid votes, the EC stated.
