Half dozen injured in scuffle

RUKUM, Sept 1: Half a dozen were injured in a clash between locals of Rukum and Baglung districts over territorial dispute on Saturday. Tamsera VDC, Rukum and Nisi VDC, Baglung locals have been engaged in a territorial dispute since a long time over a grazing area.



Baglung locals set fire on around a dozen of sheds of Rukum locals accusing the latter for encroachment in their grazing area. [break]Buki Patan grazing area has remain an apple of discord since a long time.



A police squad has been deputed to area, DSP Kishan Singh Thapa informed. He said he has not acquired details as squad is in the middle of their journey. The region lies some ten hours walk from district headquarters.
