At a press meet organized on Tuesday, Pokhrel said that the caretaker government has no right to bring a full-fledged budget, but has a practice of bringing budget for only four months to run the day to day administration.[break]
Pokhrel further said the Prime Minister should tender his resignation for making an end to the constitutional stalemate.
He said "Gyanendra has become active due to the weakness of the Prime Minister".
Stating that incident of May 27 was pre-planned, Pokhrel blamed that UCPN (Maoist) was guilty for the dissolution of the Constituent Assembly (CA).
He also claimed that the CPN-UML will lead the next national consensus government.
