The three-member committee comprises Home Secretary Dr Gobinda Kusum and Supply Secretary Purushottam Ojha.
The meeting also decided to form a committee under Peace and Reconstruction Minister Rakam Chemjong to monitor the implementation of eight-point agreement reached between the government and then United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) after second phase of Madhes movement.
Likewise, the cabinet meeting also decided to form a committed under the secretary at Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperative to ensure smooth supply of chemical fertilizer in the country.
Among other, the meeting also formed a three-member committee under Sapana Pradhan Malla to mark 2010 as Violence Against Women Year. Two other members of the committee include Arju Deuba and Pampha Bhusal.
