Gold becomes dearer by Rs 303

KATHMANDU, Aug 24: The price of the gold soared to an all-time high of Rs 58, 903 per tola (11.664 grams) in the domestic market on Friday, gaining Rs 300 per tola overnight.



With this the yellow metal broke the previous high of Rs 58, 600 per tola recorded on Thursday.



Similarly, the price of the silver has also increased by Rs 6 per tola on Friday, making it Rs 1100 per tola today in the domestic market. Silver was traded at Rs 1,094 per tola on Thursday.
