The tipper hit a motorcycle driven by her father while he was taking her towards the campus. DSP Bhola Raut at Kalimati Police Circle said Khadka’s body has been sent to TU Teaching Hospital for post-mortem.
The father, whose name has not been ascertained yet, is being treated in unconscious condition. Raut said the tipper driver has been arrested and the tipper impounded for investigation.
