The past shows have provided music lovers with introduction to jazz music greats of the world, such as Trilok Gurtu, Louis Banks, Natalie Williams, Ari Hoenig, Tito Puente Jr, Mark Brown Band, and Catia Werneck Quartet. The festival has been a place for local and international musicians to discover and share musical expertise and memories with one another while also presenting them with the opportunity to perform together and create something unique for the visitors.
Some of the international artists performing in this year’s Jazzmandu are Claudia Quintet from the US, Mike Del Ferro from The Netherlands, Yaite Ramos Quartet from France and 4th Element from India. Giving the festival a local flavor will be bands like Joint Family Internationale, KJC Faculty and Cadenza.
The festival will start from October 24 and come to a close on October 30.
