Gagan Thapa serves 4 days to Maoists for consensus

KATHMANDU, Dec 26: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Gagan Thapa served four days ultimatum to UCPN (Maoist) to forge consensus.



Speaking at an interaction program in the capital on Wednesday, Thapa warned of opting for constitutional measures if the Maoists failed to reach to consensus within the given time. [break]



He made it clear that his party president Sushil Koirala was ready for the leadership of the consensus government.



Referring to UCPN (Maoist) and Madhesi Morcha, Thapa accused that the parties were not eager to hold the Constituent Assembly (CA) election on May.
