Four teachers for 15 students

ILAM, Jan 1: There are merely 15 students in Bikri Primary School of Sambaek Village Development Committee (VDC) of the district while four teachers are deputed to guide the students.



Total number of students includes five in grade one, three in grade two, four in grade three, two in grade four and three in fifth grade.[break]



The number of students slashed in the primary school with the rising attraction to boarding school, informed chairperson of school management committee, Bholanath Pokharel.



´The government policy is behind the decrease of students in public schools. There are more than 60 students in the boarding nearby. Students do have desire to pursue education in English, they do not find this in government schools´, he added.
