Four arrested with arms

JANAKPUR, Aug 2: District Police Office, Dhanusha, has arrested four individuals in possession of arms. The four were arrested Sunday night by a police team posted at the checkpost in Bhramarpura chowk.



Those arrested have been identified as Radhe Mahato, 26, Ram Bilas Mandal, 56, Shambhu Yadav, 58, and Praveen Mahato, 28. Police recovered four guns and five bullets from them.



Police made them public at a press meet Monday. At the press meet, police also made public Pramod Raut, 26, who was arrested a week ago from Janakpur Railway station in possession of two guns.
