According to government spokesperson and Minister for Information and Communication Shankar Pokharel, the meeting decided not to provide budgetary resources for foreign visits until the new budget is announced. [break]

The meeting also decided to table a motion in parliament seeking approval for signing the International Convention on Suppressing the Financing of Terrorism.
It also decided to give Bhaktapur Hospital permission for organ transplants. The meeting has likewise renamed the Department of Women´s Development the Department of Women and Children´s Development. The cabinet meeting decided to allocate land near the Home Ministry to translocate the Supreme Court inside the Singha Durbar premises.
According to Pokharel, the meeting decided to fix the price of chemical fertilizers with a subsidy equivalent to the previous year.
"The meeting discussed more than 100 proposals," Pokharel informed.
