“We are back again with a bang this year,” said Ritesh Shrestha, director of academics of the college. “This event has grown to become a benchmark of WhiteHouse,” said Shrestha.
The organizers are expecting more than 10,000 visitors this year. Last year, about 9000 people visited the festival.
Giving a presentation about the program, event manager Sunil Bhusal said, “We are organizing this event also to promote Nepal Tourism Year 2011.” Bhusal also emphasized that such events help students acquire event management skills, apart from getting an opportunity to showcase their talents.
