FDRA meet concludes, forms nine-member secretariat

KATHMANDU, Aug 24: The Federal Democratic Republican Alliance (FDRA), a newly formed alliance of ruling coalition partners, formed a nine-member secretariat during a meeting held at UCPN (Maoist) party headquarters in Paris Danda on Friday.



The meeting held for the first time after its formation has appointed UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal as the coordinator of the secretariat to hold dialogue with other political forces to end current political stalemate. Dahal is also the coordinator of the FDRA.[break]
