The race will begin from Solukhumbu district´s Gorakshep and take the route of Namche to Lukla covering a distance of 65 km, according to the organizer Mountain Running Service (MRC), Pokhara. [break]
Ramesh Bhattachan of the MRC, who recently participated in the 71 km Fourth Annapurna Mountain Race, said the race was organized at his behest.
Altogether 13 Nepali and two foreigners are participating in the event.
