Everest Bank opens new branch in Rajbiraj

KATHMANDU, Aug 19: Everest Bank has opened a new branch, dubbed Agricultural Enterprise Development, in Rajbiraj of Saptari dedicated toward promoting the agricultural sector of the country. The branch was inaugurated by Nepal Rastra Bank Governor Dr Yuba Raj Khatiwada.



 "In a country which is dependent on agriculture, opening of such a branch will not only contribute to the development of agriculture but the entire economy as well," a bank statement quotes PK Mohaparta, CEO of the bank, as saying.
