Committee chair Amrita Thapa Magar handed over the report to Chairman Nembang at the latter´s office in Singha Durbar.
The committee is eighth among the total 11 to submit its report.
Three other CA committees -- Committee on State Restructuring, Committee on System of Governance and the Constitutional Committee -- have yet to submit their reports.
Receiving the report, CA Chairman Nembang said the report will be tabled at the CA on Tuesday and deliberations will begin Friday.
CA was without business for long as the thematic committees failed to submit their report on time. Currently, the CA is holding deliberations on the preliminary draft report prepared by the Committee on Fundamental Rights and Guiding Principles.
