Thapa, who is on a three-day visit to India to sort out the obstruction of petroleum products and other essential goods coming to Nepal via India-Nepal border points, met with Indian Minister for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj in New Delhi, Sunday.
Prior to the meeting with Swaraj, Indian Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar reached Thapa at his hotel and held a separate meeting.
Similarly, Deputy Prime Minister Thapa also met with Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh and discussed ending the difficulties seen at the border points, informed Mohan Shrestha, a close aide to Thapa.
