The CA can’t decision on its own and the three big parties are only capable of endorsing decisions taken in a closed room, Thapa said, accusing the leaders of fostering dictatorship in the country.
He also criticized the leaders for holding talks at resort hotels, rather than holding broader political consultation on constitution making and said the country is in dire need of a strong democratic force.
He also reiterated that his party is in favor of a political system that recognizes Nepal as a Hindu state with monarchy and prefers local autonomy to federalism.
