Speaking at a greetings exchange and tea reception held by Nepali Congress at Inaruwa, General Secretary Sitaula claimed that the constitution had addressed the rights of all the communities.
As the constitution is progressive the reasonable demands can be incorporated through amendment, Sitaula added.
He further said the federal modality, provision on citizenship and the form of governance were the best. It is the duty of all the political parties to nurture the constitution in its nascent stage, he stressed. RSS
