The District Administration Office, Dang, distributed ID cards to Badis living in several parts of Dang.[break]
As many as 40 Badi people of Khalanga, Dandagau and some other areas have received ID cards, said Chief District Officer Baburam Khanal.
He said that the ID cards will make it easier for Badis deprived of citizenship to get the state-provided legal document.
Upon receiving the cards that the Badi community was demanding for a long, Badis are all happy.
