Curfew imposed in Humla

KATHMANDU, April 7: The Humla District Administration Office (DAO) has imposed an indefinite curfew in Simikot, the district headquarters on Wednesday, according to Kantipur Television.



The curfew was imposed after the cadres of Nepali Congress and Unified CPN (Maoist) clashed at various points. The curfew began at 12.30 p.m.



The curfew was imposed after Maoist cadres defied the strike called by NC.
