At an interaction organized by CWIN-Nepal in Lalitpur Tuesday, Tuladhar argued that the CPN-UML had brought girl´s toilet program in all schools as per the child-friendly learning mentioned in the manifesto brought by the party in 2064 BS. [break]

Former member of the National Human Rights Commission, Gauri Pradhan, said that the 11-year armed conflict infringed upon the right to live, development and participation of children and added that rightful environment could not be created so far in the country due to political instability.
Pradhan expressed sadness that the government, every individual and the community could not be serious for the guarantee and security of the present as well as the future of children.
