The meeting held under the premiership of CPN-UML Chairperson Jhalanath Khanal at party office, Balkhu, on Wednesday took the decision, said UML general-secretary Iswor Pokharel. [break]
As a part of the election campaign, party´s policy and programme along with the progress the UML-led government made in the past will be brought to grassroots level, said party secretary Shanker Pokharel.
The meeting discussed various issues including mobilizing the party´s sister organizations, selection of candidates for election and election manifesto.
The meeting stressed on the need of holding the CA election on the state time and continuing the efforts to bring parties including the CPN-Maoist to the domain of election, secretary Pokharel added.
Next meeting is taking place at 6.00 am tomorrow.
