As per the election schedule, the party has to send the revised name list of proposed PR candidates to the Election Commission immediately and it decided to call the SC meeting even in between the Bada Dashain festival.[break]
The meeting will be held at the party office although such meetings for selecting FPTP candidates had held outside the office, according to Deependra Shrestha, Secretary of the CPN (UML) General Secretary Ishwor Pokhrel´s secretariat.
A taskforce formed under the convenorship of General Secretary Pokhrel for preparation of election manifesto has also submitted its report along with necessary feedbacks.
