KATHMANDU, Dec 13: Country Development Bank Ltd has decided to distribute 7.25 percent bonus shares and 0.38 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders.

Issuing a statement, the development bank said that the meeting of the board of directors held on Sunday took the decision. The decision, however, is subject to approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the development bank's upcoming annual general meeting.
