Speaking to media persons at a program in Ghorahi today, Minister Pun said opposition parties´ dream to oust PM Bhattarai through street protest would not be possible. He also urged the opposition parties to focus on forging consensus. Pun also claimed that the current government will be replaced only after the political parties agree on the key issues of the new constitution. "Merely by clamoring for resignation is not good," he added.
He advised the opposition parties to concentrate on constitution rather than replacing the government. In a different context, Pun said that the government is planning to forward new ordinances to President Ram Baran Yadav, after seeking consensus with other parties.
