Most agencies that believe in their creative strenght have submitted nominations in almost all categories. "We have submitted our nominations in almost all categories as we believe Crity Awards is celebrating the creative excellence of Nepali advertising fraternity. If we win an award, I will be happy for myself and my team," said Angad Basnet Chettri, Creative Director of Outreach Nepal.
Outreach Nepal has done some original creative works for some brands this year so they are hopeful that their nominations in various categories will make them win some awards.
Similarly V-Chitra - the agency which won the best creative agency award last year by claiming five awards in different categories with its Wai Wai - Gyan Udaya campaign - has filed nominations in almost all categories.
"Last year, we were new and we had only one TVC campaign but this year we are able to present our nomination in almost all categories," said Shekhar Chhetri director of V-Chitra.
Similarly, agencies like Welcome Ad, Prismark Marketing, Business Advantage, Linez, Bench mark have also filed nominations in most categories.
For the two new categories - Best Model Male and Best Model Female - nine and six nominations have been submitted respectively.
In order to celebrate excellence in the field of creativity and to make the 7th Ace Travels.com Crity Awards more transparent, Bhattarai informed that this year the association has made necessary amendments to the selection criteria by adding three new members in the jury.
Crity Awards since 2004 has created a special platform for indigenously produced advertisements and has benefited advertisers, agencies, consumers and media as a whole.
