KATHMANDU, Sept 25: Citizens Bank International Nepal Ltd has said it will distribute 20 percent bonus shares and 1.05 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

The bank's board meeting held on Thursday approved the proposal to distribute 21.05 percent dividend to its shareholders from the net profit that it earned in the Fiscal Year 2014/15, the bank said in a press release.
The bank posted operating profit of Rs 792.5 million in the last fiscal year, according to the release.
