KATHMANDU, July 27: A complaint has been filed against Prem Kumar Rai, the Chief Commissioner of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), at the CIAA office itself.
Activist Yubraj Paudel (Safal) filed the complaint on Sunday, demanding an investigation into Rai’s alleged involvement in major scandals, including the wide-body aircraft procurement, Nepal Oil Corporation land scam and the fake Bhutanese refugee case.
