CDS, Sunrise pact

KATHMANDU: Sunrise Bank and CDS and Clearing Ltd signed an agreement on Tuesday on dematerializing of the bank´s shares. Subodh Sharma Sigdel, CEO of CDS and the bank´s CEO Surendra Man Pradhan signed the pact on behalf of their respective organizations. [break]



Issuing a press statement, CDS and Clearing Ltd said a total of 20.15 million units of shares of the bank worth Rs 100 each will be dematerialized for online trading. With this, the total number of companies signing the deal for dematerialization of shares with CDS and Clearing Ltd has reached 15.
