CC subcommittee term extended

KATHMANDU, March 30: The Constitutional Committee (CC) of the Constituent Assembly has extended the term of its current subcommittee till April 14.



The subcommittee, led by Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, was formed to sort out the contentious issues in the new constitution. [break]



"We have extended the term of the subcommittee," said CC Chairman Nilambar Acharya.



The CC has collected reports of all the 11 thematic committees to prepare the first integrated draft of the new constitution.
