As the central executive committee meeting of the party began in Biratnagar on Monday, the fourth largest party in the House flayed the government for its reluctance to summon the winter session though there is a tradition of summoning the House session twice in a year. "Some of the bills are yet to be discussed and the government has failed to maintain law and order and control inflation.
In this scenario, the party urges the government to summon the House session immediately," states the press release issued by the party on Monday.
Meanwhile, the RPP-N has decided to support Dr Govinda KC, who is on fast -unto-death against the extreme commercialization of medical education since last week. "We urge the government to fulfill all his demands and save his life," the statement read.
According to Deputy Spokesperson for the party Mohan Shrestha, the central committee will decide the party's roadmap for future as well as discuss the ongoing unification process with Rastriya Prajatantra Party.
