KATHMANDU, May 26: The Constituent Assembly (CA) meeting, originally scheduled for 11 am Saturday, has been postponed till 5 pm in the day.

The CA meeting has been briefly put off as leaders are busy holding negotiations over remaining disputed issues of constitution writing. The CA has till Sunday to promulgate the new constitution.
