The CA last met on Tuesday, when it amended regulations allowing parties to refer disputes surrounding constitution writing back to Constitutional Committee (CC) in the even of CA’s failure to settle the issues through majority vote. [break]
Today´s postponement of CA meeting comes when parties are struggling to make headway on the remaining issues, chiefly related to state restructuring and federalism, superseded by the issue of forming a consensus government, of late.
